Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations & Growth Manager to help grow our business and elevate service standards. This role combines sales leadership, operations management, and business development.
You will lead a team of cleaners, build relationships with customers, drive revenue growth, and work closely with the business owners on business planning and operational improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and growing a service business.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the customer base
- Respond to customer enquiries and convert leads into service bookings
- Build strong relationships with residential customers
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve customer experience
2. Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of cleaning staff
- Plan schedules and allocate jobs efficiently
- Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism
- Provide training and coaching to team members
3. Operational Improvement
- Identify ways to improve productivity, service quality, and efficiency
- Implement new processes and tools to modernize operations
- Contribute ideas for improving the brand and reputation of the company
4. Business Planning
- Work closely with the business owners on growth strategies
- Analyse operational and sales performance
- Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s long-term development
Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in operations, sales, hospitality, retail, or service industries
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Interest in helping transform and professionalize traditional service industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing frontline service teams
- Experience in operations improvement or business development
- Experience in home services, hospitality, or service operations

Salary Range
Monthly Base Salary:
SGD 3,800 – SGD 4,500
Performance Incentives
- One month fixed bonus
- Variable bonus pegged to team performance and business growth
