Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Executive to join our growing team in the security services industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security services sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and client presentations
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Collaborate with operations team to design customised security solutions
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
• Attend networking events, site visits, and client meetings
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and CRM records
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  
  Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Knowledge of the Singapore security industry is an advantage
  
  Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience in handling government or corporate tenders
• Established client network within relevant industries
• Strong understanding of security services and solutions
• Prior experience in the security industry or holding a security-related rank
• Possession of own transport for client meetings and site visits
  
  Salary Range
• $3,500 to $6,000 (commensurate with experience)
