Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the e-waste recycling sector.
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the electronics, manufacturing, and environmental sectors.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients and partners.
• Track and report on sales targets, performance metrics, and business development progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, environmental policies, and recycling technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the e-waste, recycling, or environmental sectors (preferred). Fresh grads welcome to apply.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong network within the e-waste recycling, sustainability, or environmental industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
• Knowledge of e-waste recycling processes, industry regulations, and sustability practices is a plus.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
