Job Description:-

• Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
• Member of Bid Management Team to provide solution for FM related workscope.
• Lead the team to provide FM project solutions.
• Formulation of manpower and various cost components for the effective operation of a FM project, inclusive of contingencies to penalties and corporate cost.
• Analyse various cost data and indexing of various cost elements for future estimation and cost verification purpose.
• Interface with ISG for solution write up, tender submission, presentation and clarification.
• Conduct comprehensive interpretation of FM contracts requirements, based on standard work procedures, statutory and safety requirement for the execution of works.
• Assist in project mounting, prior to works commencement, ensuring delivery commitments are in accordance to tender proposal.
• Brief project team(s) on proposed solutions and timelines for delivery.
• Oversee and manage handover of working partners, scope awarded, cost committed, control measures of partners performances and mitigating options for contingencies.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Business Development:-

• Provide market intelligence in the FM industry and reach out to other services providers for partnering initiatives.
• Identifying Partners to work with for FM projects.
• Establish partnership with other FM providers for sub-contracting.
• Partner ARAS for cleaning works execution for various sectors of the IFM market.
• Develop and implement strategies for new products and services .
