About the Company

Our client is a well-established interior design and renovation firm based in Singapore, specializing in commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects. The company works closely with corporate clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver practical, high-quality interior solutions across a range of industries.

As part of their ongoing business expansion, they are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial interior design and fit-out market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements, including project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with potential clients, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Track sales activities, update CRM records, and provide regular pipeline reports.
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand business opportunities.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the interior design, renovation, construction, or fit-out industries.
• Strong business development mindset with the ability to generate leads independently.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face client engagement.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of interior fit-out works will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
