Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target demographics (students, schools, universities, corporates).
• Develop and implement business development strategies.
• Generate and manage a robust pipeline of leads through personalized outreach, networking events, and digital platforms.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions, student organizations, and agencies.
• Prepare persuasive proposals and deliver compelling pitches to potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design digital campaigns and create impactful content to drive engagement.
• Engage in CRM activities for efficient lead tracking, pipeline management, and client relationship enhancement.
• Continuously assess business performance, refine strategies, and identify new growth opportunities and revenue streams.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 3 years working experience in business development, stakeholder management, project management, or partnership management.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM platforms for efficient tracking and management.
• Passionate about education, career development, and cross-cultural engagement.
• Willing to travel frequently to China Mainland and Hong Kong.
