Business Development Manager – SME Lending (Private Lender)

Our client, a fast-growing private lender, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong network of SME contacts to drive business growth. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients and expanding lending opportunities, particularly in SME business loans and related financing solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leverage your SME network to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients across industries
• Understand client financing needs and recommend suitable lending products
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in SME banking, business loans, or commercial lending
• Strong existing network of SME contacts
• Proven business development track record
