Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients to understand their financing needs

• Advise clients on suitable loan and refinancing solutions

• Arrange follow-ups and client appointments

• Learn bank products, loan structures, and advisory techniques

• Build and manage a personal client pipeline

• Update client interactions in CRM system

You will receive training and guidance. Results improve with consistency and effort.

Ideal Background

This role is well-suited for candidates from sales or performance-driven environments, including but not limited to:

• Insurance, property, MLM, or telco sales

• Commission-based real estate roles

• Grab / PHV drivers or individuals used to self-driven income
