We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our team through recruitment and talent support. This is a hands-on role where you’ll source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding, and support internal growth initiatives - all while gaining valuable experience in a professional environment.

📍 Somerset (Near MRT) | 🕘 Mon–Fri | 9.30am to 6pm

✅ Key Responsibilities

📌 Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
📌 Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews
📌 Maintain a structured candidate pipeline and follow up professionally
📌 Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation
📌 Support internal projects and recruitment tracking for management
📌 Handle ad-hoc tasks that support team growth and operations

🎯 Requirements

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
✔️ Comfortable following up via calls, WhatsApp, and email
✔️ Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team
✔️ Recruitment, customer service, or admin experience is a plus (not required)
