Job Summary 
Exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to drive client relationships and sales strategies in the health insurance sector. 
 
Responsibilities 

• Manage client insurance renewal processes for portfolio and experience-rated plans. 

• Use digital tools to generate quotations for employee benefits insurance. 

• Build strong relationships with insurers to secure competitive deals. 

• Liaise with clients and insurers on policy renewals and new business placements. 

• Source and present quotations to prospects within assigned portfolios. 

• Analyse premium and benefits data to propose tailored solutions. 

• Conduct benefits presentations and respond to product-related enquiries. 

• Clean and reconcile renewal member listings against internal and insurer records. 

• Prepare monthly reports on new business conversion and policy retention rates. 

• Participate in projects to improve quotation processes through technology. 

 
Requirements 

• Diploma in any discipline. 

• Mandatory certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI. 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee benefits within broking firms or insurance companies. 

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Table & V-Lookup), PowerPoint, and Word. 

• Strong customer service skills and critical thinking ability. 

• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive data with accuracy. 

• Fast learner with adaptability to systems and processes. 

• Tech-savvy and eager to grow within the organisation.
