Business Development Executive (F&B Brand Expansion)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop franchise and partnership opportunities for the company’s F&B brands in Singapore.
• Source potential investors and franchise partners through online and offline channels.
• Manage and operate social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and Kuaishou for franchise promotion.
• Plan, create, and publish franchise marketing videos and promotional content.
• Understand platform algorithms, posting rules, advertising policies, and content compliance requirements.
• Coordinate video shooting, content planning, and branding campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and optimize lead conversion strategies.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract follow-ups.
• Research Singapore F&B market trends and competitor activities.
• Support outlet onboarding and franchise setup coordination.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related fields.
• Experience in F&B franchise development, business development, or social media marketing preferred.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Kuaishou platform operations and content rules.
• Knowledge of short video content planning and social media marketing strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
• Basic video editing skills are an advantage.
