Key Responsibilities
Market Insight & Brand Promotion
Stay informed about AI market trends and industry developments. Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to confidently and professionally represent the company’s image and product advantages. Enhance brand awareness and industry influence through various marketing and business activities. Actively expand networks of potential customers and partners, identify collaboration opportunities, and drive business growth.
Customer Development & Relationship Management
Responsible for acquiring new customers and following up with existing clients. Identify customers’ potential needs in depth and develop appropriate sales and collaboration strategies. Maintain long-term and stable client relationships through regular visits, communication, and feedback. Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business pain points and future plans, and provide professional, customized solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Supplier & Partnership Management
Develop and optimize existing supplier resources while proactively exploring new collaboration opportunities. Continuously improve the supply chain structure to enhance overall service capability and delivery efficiency. Build mutually beneficial partnerships through effective business negotiation and relationship management, supporting the company’s sustained growth.
Product Presentation & Sales Execution
Prepare and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations, with strong public speaking skills to clearly and professionally introduce the company’s products and services to clients.
Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of sales contracts, ensuring smooth completion of the sales process. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate updates of website content.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Coordination
Work closely with technical, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate customer requirements and feedback in a timely manner, coordinate internal resources, and ensure seamless alignment across all stages from sales to delivery. Improve overall operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in business development, logistics, or procurement is an advantage
Outgoing personality with a strong interest in communication and participation in business and marketing activities
