Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service presentations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Conduct market research and support business development initiatives.

• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.

• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.

• Experience working with clients in Greater China is an added advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
