Responsibilities

• Grow our B2B and B2C client base
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Devise and implement sales strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Product to identify gaps and improve our offerings
• Work with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention

Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Self-motivated, client-focused, adaptable, and service-oriented

Preferred qualifications

• Proven track record in business development and/or sales
• Strong background in healthcare and/or IT
• BS or MS in Business Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or related fields
