Job Summary

You will deliver routine maintenance and repair services for building facilities and equipment, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues, and conduct inspections to ensure optimal functioning of condominium systems. You will respond to residents’ maintenance requests, contributing to a safe and well-maintained living environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on building facilities and equipment to ensure operational reliability
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues within the condominium to minimize downtime and maintain safety
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building systems to identify and address maintenance needs proactively
• Respond promptly to residents’ maintenance requests to uphold service quality and resident satisfaction
• Assist in supervising contractors during servicing or repair works to ensure compliance with standards and timely completion
• Verify that all building systems and equipment are functioning properly to support a safe and pleasant environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess relevant technical qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role
• Preferably have experience in building or condominium maintenance
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair works
• Exhibit responsibility and the ability to work independently
• Apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve maintenance issues effectively
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly with residents and contractors
