Job Description

• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Perform building M&E Design for ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, PA, Telecom, Lighting, Extra Low Voltage, Lightning Protection and Earthing
• Coordinate with procurement Team for tender quotation and project claims
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Process Mechanical and Control team for construction shop drawings
• Coordinate and handover Building TOP/CSC, O&M Manual / As Built drawings to client
• Support Project Team for schedule or manpower arrangements
• Supervise/coordinate installation and testing and commissioning of Building Services packages
• Develop cost estimates for B&S equipment and B&S works, including of scheduling B&S works

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably in water, wastewater, WTE projects
• Relevant Building Services engineering experience would be advantageous (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System (ACMV), Building Management System (BMS), Fire Protection System, Plumbing and Sanitary System, Structured Cabling System, Emergency Voice Communication System (EVC), Integrated Security Management System (ISMS), Electric Lifts)
• Familiar with code of practice and standards in Singapore
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D preferred & in other related design software/applications.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in Selection, installation and Commissioning of Building Services equipment
• Experience in Building Management System (BMS)
• Experience in Project Execution, Supervising and Coordination with sub-contractors, consultant and Client
• Good technical knowledge of Building Services equipment
