Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing building projects by planning and ensuring work is executed according to the master program. Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site coordination issues, contributing to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project activities to ensure alignment with the master schedule and timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with consultants to identify and resolve technical issues impacting project progress
• Coordinate with subcontractors on site to address and resolve operational challenges
• Work closely with the project team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring smooth project execution
• Support the Project Manager in managing project workflows and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in building projects
