Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA Level 2
• At least 2 years of experience managing full sets of accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Infor ERP Syteline or QuickBooks wouldbe an added advantage;
• Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations;
• Maintain the fixed asset register and process disposals
• Assist in year-end stocktaking (preparing count sheets and inventory listings)
• Reconcile sub-ledgers against the General Ledger (AR, AP, FA, and Inventory)
• Prepare audit schedules and handle auditors’ queries
• Manage full sets of accounts and GST submissions for sub companies
• Perform ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned
