Responsibilities

• Operate and check factory utility systems and production machines daily,with main focus on the boiler steam system.  
• Ensure all systems start up and run smoothly throughout the day.    
• Do regular chemical top-ups and replace used chemical solutions whenneeded.  
• Handle and dispose of waste materials safely (e.g., sludge from watertreatment systems).
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to spot problemsearly.
• Work with vendors and contractors for repairs, spare parts, andsupplies.
• Support equipment calibration and system checks done by externalpartners.
• Report faults quickly with clear details to reduce machine downtime.

Requirements

• Boiler Attendant Class 2 Certificate of Competency is advantage with boiler operating experience.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and good coordination with vendors.
