Job Descriptions:

• Create accurate and organized structural Revit (BIM) models and/or AutoCAD drawings.
• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings according to requirement.
• Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
• Develop and maintain office BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
• Mechanical & Electrical Services: Create detailed models of mechanical, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems, and electrical, including power distribution, lighting, communication, and security systems).
• Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 working experience.
• Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
• Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• To be based in project site office.
• 6 Working Days per week.
• Working Location: Tampines.
