Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential clients via (but not limited to) cold calls, emails, meetings, networking events, trade shows, career fairs；

• Manage the full sales process ：needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and follow-up；

• Prepare client proposals, quotation, contracts, and other documentation；

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to grow accounts；

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields；

• At least 2 years’ experience in business development；

• B2B sales experience preferred；

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills；

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team；

• Confidence in engaging stakeholders across all levels, from middle management to senior decision-makers.
