BIM MODELLER (ARCHITECTURE) Job Descriptions:

• Deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawings and technical details to support construction works using BIM.

• Liaise with architects, clients, consultants, and other parties involved in the design of the building.

• To create parametric Revit families & View Templates.

• To produce shop drawing by using BIM.

• To export CAD files with the correct color code from BIM Model.

• Resolve basic modeling issues.

• Documentation related to BIM processes for record and submission.

• Other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural or equivalent

• Min 2 years’ experience working with Revit Modeling, Navisworks & other BIM-related software.

• Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software in Archi and able to efficiently use BIM to perform drawing works. • Able to work independently.

• Understand basic modeling and dimensioning, etc.

• Possess a positive attitude to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Cost planning and budgeting

• Tender document preparation

• Tender evaluation and contractor selection

• Cost control during construction

• Valuations and payment assessments

• Change management and contract administration

• Risk identification and mitigation

• Final accounts preparation, including Variation Orders

Salary : SGD3200-SGD5500
