We are looking for BIM Modeller proficient in Architecture / Structure / MEP trade

Tender Stage:

• Create and update BIM models based on Tender drawings and corrigendum in accord to Company BIM standard.
• Create Still images rendering for the presentation.
• Create 4D sequencing based on Engineer’s master program.
• Extract quantity from BIM for Tender QS/Engineer as a reference.

Project Stage:

• Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and corrigendum.
• Preparation of models for coordination and Shopdrawing submission in accordance to the BIM schedule
• Prepare BIM models to communicate and visualisation aids
• Ensure the integrity/quality of the models, eg. Models to be clear of clashes

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Structure/ Construction Management related
• At least 3-5 years of BIM experience
• Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes
• Strong communication and Good interpersonal skill
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit modeling
