BIM Manager (MEP)

Job Description

• Lead BIM implementation, standards, and modelling workflows.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for BIM needs and requirements.
• Prepare, execute, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Understand project requirements to ensure delivery.
• Manage design development, documentation, authority submissions, and meetings.
• Monitor and ensure timely drawing submissions.
• Coordinate BIM model exchange with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Certification in BIM Management.
• At least 8 years of experience in BIM Management.
• Strong engineering and design experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations.
• Resourceful and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
