BIM Manager:

• At least 6 years of Singapore experience in Architectural and Structural BIM modelling and coordination for commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, or educational projects under a main contractor.
• Strong understanding of shop drawing development and multidisciplinary coordination requirements during the construction stage
•  Ability to set up and manage BIM models from 3Dto 6D implementation
• Proven capability to lead VDC meetings
• Manage the project BIM team.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
