Job Description

• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for project.
• Lead and/or assist in the creation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
• Coordinate and collaborate on project wide BIM related matters with client and interfacing contractors and ensure design process and submissions comply with specifications and requirements
• Regular update and report on all BIM related activities’ progress and status to the SO.
• Verify and rectify all BIM related challenges and issues in the project.
• Oversee and manage all BIM Software to be used in the project, and to rectify issues relating to BIM Software.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry.
• Have about 5 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of CAD and 3D models.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of related BIM technologies.
• Have BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
• Shall be expert in the BIM Authoring Tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks well and has good presentation/communication skills.
