Job Description: BIM Coordinator

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any Engineering, Architectural or relevant disciplines
• With Minimum 3 years of BIM Modelling Experience
• Competent in Autodesk AutoCAD / Revit / Navisworks
• Train BIM modeller and drafters in company BIM standards.
• Setup & monitor modelling environment.
• Manage model schedule based on site schedule and must be aligned on the critical path of the project.
• Monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions.
• Conduct QAQC to the BIM models.
• Manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule.
• Work closely with project team on relevant issues regarding site progress.
• Establish and monitor clashes with project team.
• Execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
• Execute simulations for 4D & 5D.
• Experience in using Bentley Software is advantageous
• Able to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Well aware of latest BIM Standards, Guidelines, and Submission Standards
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
