Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models throughout all project stages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design coordination and technical issues.
• Prepare BIM documentation, including BEP, coordination reports, 3D visualizations, and model updates for submission.
• Generate coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models from BIM data for project handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Candidate possess Certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM), BIM Management is an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.
• Good understanding of BCA BIM standards and IDD framework.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive team player who can work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
