DESCRIPTIONS:

• Model Development: Construct and update 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) disciplines.
• Coordination & Clash Detection: Use BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts and design clashes between different disciplines.
• Documentation: Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and submission.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the integrity and quality of the BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange.
• Reporting: Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making.
• Data Management: Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency:High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• BIM Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation, often with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or HDB projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction documents, industry standards, and relevant BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
