We are partnering with a well-established Main Contractor delivering major LTA civil infrastructure projects across Singapore. For an ongoing MRT underground tunnel and station project, we are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeller (Civil & Structural) to support digital coordination and technical integration of complex civil and structural works.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage detailed Civil & Structural BIM models for underground tunnels and MRT station structures.
• Coordinate C&S models with architectural, M&E, and temporary works disciplines to ensure clash-free integration.
• Prepare and update construction models, shop drawings, and as-built BIM deliverables.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and support coordination workshops with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure BIM models comply with LTA BIM requirements, BIM Execution Plan, and project digital standards.
• Support modelling for ERSS systems, diaphragm walls, bored piles, and deep excavation works.
• Assist site teams with 4D sequencing and model-based coordination for complex construction stages.
• Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with LTA, consultants, and project stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–6 years of BIM modelling experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in MRT, underground tunnel, or major LTA infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with LTA BIM submission requirements and digital delivery standards.
• Strong coordination, technical communication, and problem-solving skills.
