Responsibilities:

• Work on hospital projects (East) or commercial projects (Central).
• Design and draft MEP layouts, section details, space management planning, and plant room details.
• Carry out detailed coordination drawings with other disciplines.
• Prepare shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
• Obtain and interpret relevant information from architectural, structural, and other discipline drawings.
• Assist Project Managers and Engineers with project coordination, planning, and site visits/meetings as necessary.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Engineering / Mechanical & Electrical Design or its equivalent
• Relevant experience in MEP design and drafting, preferably for hospital or commercial projects.
• 2–5 years’ experience.
• Proficient in Revit and CAD software.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction documentation.
