• Basic Salary: Up to S$2,800 per month
• 5-day workweek (Mondays to Fridays, 8:30AM – 6:00PM)
• Work location: Tuas (Company transport provided at selected pick-up points)

The company is a leading international organisation in the logistics and supply chain industry, providing integrated freight, warehousing, and supply chain solutions across global markets. The company is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join them as a Billing Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide billing and administrative support to ensure accurate invoicing and smooth financial operations within the department
• Monitor and follow upon Accounts Receivable (AR) collections to ensure timely payment
• Generate, prepare, and issue invoices for services rendered
• Verify and process vendor invoices promptly and accurately
• Raise purchase orders through the Tenderboard system in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of invoices and transactions
• Update and monitor customer contracts to ensure proper documentation
• Manage insurance claims and related documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain proper housekeeping within the workplace

Job Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’, ‘A’ Level or Diploma holder
• Min. 1 - 2 years of relevant billing or administrative experience is preferred
• Experience in 3rd party logistics or warehousing environment will be an added advantage
