We’re looking for someone practical and steady to help with end-to-end billing and revenue tasks. You’ll support invoice generation, follow up on billing matters, and help keep revenue records organised so the finance team can close periods cleanly. This role suits an accounting graduate or ACCA candidate with recent public-service exposure.

• Contract: 8 month contract
• Start date: Immediate
• Location: nearest MRT (Novena)
• Minimum qualifications: Accounting diploma/degree or ACCA
• Experience: 1–2 years in public service

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner and help maintain an accurate invoicing log.
• Support revenue-related tasks such as tracking collections and following up on outstanding amounts.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders or vendors to resolve straightforward billing queries.
• Keep billing documentation and records organised for audit and reporting needs.

Essential requirements

• Accounting diploma/ degree holder or ACCA qualification.
• 1–2 years’ work experience in public service.
• Reliable, with good attention to detail and a practical approach to routine finance tasks.
• Public Service exp in finance role
