Role Overview

As a Beauty Trainer, you will play a key role in shaping therapist capabilities and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional treatments and customer experiences. You will lead hands-on training, support professional development, and work closely with management to uphold the highest standards of service and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on professional training in facial, body slimming, and advanced beauty treatments

• Design, enhance, and maintain training materials and protocols aligned with current industry innovations and best practices

• Assess therapist performance and provide structured, constructive coaching and feedback

• Monitor training outcomes and continuously improve program effectiveness

• Provide on-the-job mentorship and guidance to beauticians and therapists

• Partner with management to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development plans

• Cultivate a positive, professional, and inspiring learning environment that reflects brand excellence

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Beauty Trainer, preferably within a premium beauty or salon environment

• Strong hands-on treatment expertise with a customer-centric mindset

• Professional certification from CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ, or equivalent recognized qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of facial, body slimming, and beauty treatment techniques

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in influencing, coaching, and inspiring beauty professionals

• A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous skill development
