Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Beauty, Wellness, and retail/outlet management.

2. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to liaise effectively with English-speaking clients and Mandarin-speaking colleagues/customers.

3. Possess leadership qualities, initiative, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

4. Comfortable working on retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
   
   Key Responsibilities

   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

   2. Lead, motivate, and guide team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.

   3. Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service quality in line with the company’s brand values.

   4. Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.

   5. Attend to customer inquiries and provide professional consultation on suitable treatments and products.

   6. Monitor and manage customer records, purchases, and treatment history accurately.

   7. Conduct follow-ups on post-treatment experiences to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

   8. Drive sales performance by promoting treatment packages and products.

   9. Perform necessary administrative and reporting tasks, as required by management.

   10. Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by the management team.
