Responsibilities:

• Provide professional skin analysis and recommend personalised treatment plans in accordance with customers’ needs and company standards

• Perform treatment-related duties and ensure customer’s satisfaction is achieved

• Possess good knowledge of products and handle customers’ enquiries

• Establish lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups

• Assist in appointment planning that fits customers’ schedule

• Ensure that all equipment and treatment rooms are sanitised and thoroughly cleaned before and after each session

• Maintain customer records in a detailed manner to track their progress

• Ensure stocks inventory are properly logged and accounted for

Requirements:

• Possess relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTEC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness Certifications Will Be A Bonus

• Excellent communication skills

• A team player who can work independently
