- Provide beauty treatments such as facial, skin care, hair care, and slimming services.
- Advise customers on suitable beauty and skin care products or treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
- Assist customers in choosing services and explain treatment procedures.
- Ensure good customer service and build good relationships with clients.
- Follow safety and salon/spa policies at all times.
- Handle appointment bookings and assist in daily salon or spa operations.
- Keep records of customer treatments and product usage.
