• Be an ambassador of mtm labo.
• Access clients' needs and provide professional advice.
• Perform treatment services according to standards set by the company.
• Recommend, educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.
• Ensure client's satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy.
• Build and establish good rapport with customers.
• Assist in retail operations. eg. stock take.
• Maintain general housekeeping duties and maintenance of the cleanliness of the work stations.

Job Requirement:

• Cidesco, ITE, CIBTAC and other beauty related qualifications.
• Basic knowledge of skin concept and hands-on facial massage techniques.
• Positive and willing to learn attitude.
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Service Oriented and customer focused.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and good team player.
