Job details:

* Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for customers.

* Maintain cleanliness of the bars, work areas, and service areas.

* Assist in stock order, replenishment or requisition of bar inventory, liquors and supplies, spillage and spoilage.

* Prepare and mix ingredients in advance in order to prepare cocktails and other drinks including food and bar snacks as well.

* Process sales transactions using POS and balance cash receipts.

* Check identification of customers in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.

* Provide support in execution of events as needed.
