Job Overview

Our client in the F&B hospitality industry is looking for service-oriented individuals to join their team as Bartenders / Servers. This role involves beverage preparation, guest service, and supporting daily outlet operations in a vibrant dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes

• Mix cocktails and assist in developing signature beverage offerings

• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service to guests

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, and service areas

• Monitor stock levels and assist with beverage inventory control

• Process POS transactions and billing accurately

• Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards

• Support overall outlet operations when required

Requirements

• Relevant experience in bartending, bar service, or F&B service is preferred

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Service-oriented with a positive working attitude

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Working Hours

• 5 days work week

• Up to 48 hours per week (excluding overtime if applicable)

• Typical shift hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

• Peak seasons or event periods may require extended hours

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,000 – $3,200 depending on experience

• Monthly Incentive: $100 – $400 based on performance
