This is a full-time, hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in crafting excellent coffee, maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and providing fantastic service to our campus community.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service to students and staff.
• Handle cashiering and point-of-sale operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café.
• Assist with basic food preparation and display.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Who Is The Perfect Fit For This Role?

• This position is open to Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, or those with a valid Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) with an Approval-in-Principle (AIP) letter for employment.
• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
• Proven barista experience is essential. We are looking for candidates with a strong track record, typically around 1 years.
• Experience in salad bar and fresh food preparation is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, patient attitude. You will be serving a vibrant and diverse campus community, so we value team members who enjoy interacting with people from all backgrounds.

The Practical Details:

• Location: NUS Campus (conveniently located with easy access to public transport)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (7:30 am - 5:30 pm).
• Salary Range: $1,900 - $2,200 per month (commensurate with experience). We believe the value of a consistent weekday schedule is a significant part of our total compensation package.
