Job Description
Elevate your skills in the growing sake industry by choosing to work at one of Singapore's top sake bars, fielded by a team of passionate, learning and hard-working team-players.
What do you do:
- Manage the bar's sake, shochu, RTDs and spirits inventory
- Sake Sommelier scope: Recommending, tasting, evaluating and direct to customer sales
- Bar scope: General bar work for beers, highballs & shochu
What do you stand to gain:
- On-job training: learn about the modern side of sake, craft sake & doburoku from Master Sake Sommeliers and International Sakasho, intricate food pairing, mastery of kanzake (warm sake), sake service, storage and glassware evaluation
