Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper handling of food and beverage, equipment’s, meetings, supplies, crockery, glassware.

- Coordinate all aspects of banquet events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.

- Liaise with clients to understand and fulfil their event requirements.

- Supervise banquet staff and ensure effective performance.

- Oversee logistical arrangements, including room setup and AV equipment.

- Monitor and respond to guest needs and feedback during events.

- Prepare event documentation and manage budgets.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in banquet operations or event management.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

- Professionalism and attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
