Your new role

• Provide technical support for Windows servers and network to ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage Infrastructure and Services
• Administer security products such as firewall, spam filter, phishing test tool etc
• Provide L1 to L3 support for organisation
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3-5 years of IT support experience within Financial Institutions/Banks
• Experience in Avaya, Cisco, FortiGate, VMware
• Experience in network administration such as VLAN setup, switching, routing, DNS etc.
• Experience in desktop hardware and software diagnostic, configuration, and support
• Diploma/Degree in IT with at least 3 years’ experience
• Ability to speak English and Mandarin is required to speak to stakeholders in China and Hong Kong.
