This is a multinational financial services firm.
Your new role
- Provide technical support for Windows servers and network to ensure maximum uptime.
- Manage Infrastructure and Services
- Administer security products such as firewall, spam filter, phishing test tool etc
- Provide L1 to L3 support for organisation
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3-5 years of IT support experience within Financial Institutions/Banks
- Experience in Avaya, Cisco, FortiGate, VMware
- Experience in network administration such as VLAN setup, switching, routing, DNS etc.
- Experience in desktop hardware and software diagnostic, configuration, and support
- Diploma/Degree in IT with at least 3 years’ experience
- Ability to speak English and Mandarin is required to speak to stakeholders in China and Hong Kong.
