The Role

We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced leader to head our Government Digital Solutions Business Unit. You will oversee the delivery of enterprise-grade software and platforms tailored for Singapore’s Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives.

This role requires a sophisticated balance of product management, P&L ownership, and delivery excellence, alongside a deep mastery of global enterprise software OEM partnerships.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & P&L: Drive the product strategy and lifecycle management for workflow systems, portals, and data platforms with full P&L accountability.

National Alignment: Ensure all digital offerings align with Singapore’s national agenda and security frameworks, including GCC, Zero Trust, and IM8.

OEM Partnership Ecosystem: Collaborate with leading providers like AWS, Azure, Google, and ServiceNow to co-create scalable, AI-enabled solutions.

Programme Delivery: Guarantee that complex, multi-agency systems are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a trusted executive sponsor for senior government stakeholders, ensuring proactive issue resolution and long-term value delivery.

Talent Development: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of architects, developers, and delivery leads in a performance-driven culture.

What We're Looking For:

Leadership Experience: Over 10 years of proven success in enterprise software delivery or public-sector digital transformation.

Technical Governance: Deep expertise in managing complex delivery pipelines and enterprise solution governance.

OEM Management: Strong history of negotiating and co-developing solutions with major software vendors.

Methodology: Preferred certifications in Agile, DevSecOps, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master).

Innovation Mindset: Experience delivering cloud-based or AI-enabled platforms is highly desirable.

Candidates may also be considered for Senior Manager roles.
