Location: Ubi (5mins walk from MRT)
Working days/time:

• Mon - Fri: Office Hours
• Sat: 9am - 1pm

Salary: Basic up to $3.5k (Depending on experience)

Job Scope:

Operations:

• Inspect vehicles, verify chassis/engine numbers & record condition
• Arrange vehicle storage, movement, entry/exit, and inspections
• Manage vehicle keys and conduct weekly stock checks
• Coordinate with the admin on documentation and handover

Admin:

• Process vehicle entry/exit via the LTA system and prepare documents
• Maintain records, reports, and daily transaction updates
• Handle invoicing, contracts, and customer coordination
• Monitor document submissions and liaise with LTA on approvals/issues

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in similar operations/admin roles (automotive, logistics, or vehicle handling preferred)
• Familiar with vehicle documentation, inventory control, or LTA-related processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to liaise with customers, internal teams, and authorities
