Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Manager
• Design development and drafting of engineering, architectural and interior drawing for residential context.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings.
• Liaise with consultant for drawing verification, if required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), or equivalent.
• Proficient in 2D, 3D CAD
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in construction and submission drawings experience
• Site Office located at district 10.
• 5.5-day week
