Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full audit process, including planning, execution, reporting, and finalization of audit files.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and acting as the key liaison between clients and the engagement team.
• Provide expert technical guidance on audit matters, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor audit teams, providing coaching and oversight to enhance team performance.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring engagements are completed efficiently within deadlines.
• Drive the budgeting process by monitoring forecast billings and collections, ensuring timely invoicing and follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with the Partners to foster a thriving workplace culture and champion firm values.

Requirements:

- Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline, with a recognized professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA).

- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant audit experience in a public accounting firm.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Sound technical expertise in auditing standards, financial reporting, and IT processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and audit software such as Caseware.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
