ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be performing statutory audit of financial statements including audit planning, review and execution of audit engagements of various entities in different industries.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• perform audits relating to a portfolio of companies across a broad spectrum of industries.
• be responsible for the planning, execution and documentation of audit fieldwork.
• follow up on audit findings independently. For senior associates, you shall be expected to lead audit engagements, and guide the junior associates on the engagement team.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• have an ACCA qualification or accounting degree which is recognised by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, or have the Chartered Accountant of Singapore qualification.
• have at least 1 year of relevant audit experience for associate level or minimum of 3 years experience for senior associate level.
• preferably possess knowledge of Caseware audit software.
• have sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Standards on Auditing
• have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. The ability to read and interpret technical standards and routine commercial contracts is essential.
• be able to work under pressure
