Introduction:

As an Associate Process Engineer, you will work on monitoring and sustaining process / SPC to ensure quality of products are meeting specification.

Your Job:

• Analyze SPC charts using SPACE
• Respond to all PR rules and follow CAS correctly.
• Work on basic annotation and achieve quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC points.
• Monitor all qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools.
• Perform shift duties (12-hours shift) to support the running of production in the Module and ensure that integrity of the tools is in place to run the process.
• Assist Engineers in the qualification and fine tune of new processes and new equipment for production.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in any Engineering streams
• Experience in wokring with Electronics / Manufacturing sectors
• 1-2 years of experience in working with SPC tools
• Good understanding of the SPACE
• Willingness to work in weekend / rotational shifts
